This privacy policy (the "Policy") concerns information that International Mercantile Exchange Holdings LLC, or any of its group companies (collectively "IMEX"), may collect on this website (the "Site"). The Policy only applies to the information IMEX collects on the Site and does not apply to information collected by any other method.
