Michel Everaert
Chief Information Officer
Michel is responsible for Business Development and Technology at IMEX. He brings 17 years experience building and deploying award winning electronic trading technology for a diverse range of wholesale markets at GFI Group, Logica, Reuters and Dow Jones Telerate.
Patrick Murphy
Chief Operating Officer
Patrick is responsible for all middle, back office and financial settlement operations at IMEX. Prior to this he has worked in operational roles at Merrill Lynch, ABN Amro, and as Head of European Operations for GFI Group, where he oversaw operations for more than 400 brokers in London, Paris and Cape Town.
Alan Lynott
Head of Application Development
Alan is responsible for the technology architecture and IT development strategy and brings 15 years experience in investment banking technology, among them Merrill Lynch and Dresdner Kleinwort Benson. He has managed several global rollouts of trading and enterprise systems, is an expert in Agile development and has led transformation projects for various financial services firms and clearing houses.
Karen Durso
Business Development Manager Americas
Karen focuses on new product development and strategic partnerships. Prior to joining IMEX, Karen worked as a consultant sourcing capital for infrastructure projects in the Middle East. Earlier she worked at inter-dealer brokerages Garban and Cantor Fitzgerald in New York and Tokyo, covering interest rate options, equity warrants and FRAs. Karen started her career as a government bond trader at UBS in London.
